Gorgeous garden with relaxing outdoor seating. Chocolates and biscuits in the room added a nice touch.
Bathroom could use more storage for toiletries, and the sink was slightly smaller than expected. Limited storage space in the family room made it tricky to handle belongings for four people.

The family room we stayed in was a spacious suite with two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious apple pancakes served in the lovely dining area by the window. We also enjoyed the beautifully maintained garden outside our room, which provided a nice spot to unwind. During our trip, we visited nearby attractions, including the stunning Pagham Harbour and Medmerry Nature Reserve, both just a short walk away.

Highly recommend for families!
The breakfast was really good! cooked to order and served quickly, I felt like I was in a fine dining setting but relaxed.
Wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for the quality.

It was just a nice choice for a fleeting pause in Selsey with extraordinarily good value for money. The big garden filled with flowers was a lovely spot to relax and unwind. Bring some extra toiletries just in case, as the complimentary ones might run out quickly.

Perfect family getaway
Just had a lovely stay! The hosts, Claire and Paul, were super welcoming and made us feel right at home. The kids loved having their own twin room, and the breakfast options were incredible, especially the fresh pastries. Only thing was, the bathroom could’ve used a little more space to store our stuff. really enjoyed it!

Couple's Excellent Break
We were welcomed warmly by Claire and Paul. Unique breakfast with the best sausage and egg sandwich, it made our mornings just perfect.
It wasn't the cheapest option but still acceptable for the high quality.
